Mesa, AZ – November 18, 2025 – Aviation Performance Solutions (APS) is proud to announce that CEO Paul “BJ” Ransbury has been honored with the 2025 Bombardier Safety Standdown Safety Award, recognizing his decades-long commitment to elevating global aviation safety and advancing Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) worldwide.

A former Royal Canadian Air Force fighter pilot, airline pilot, instructor, and eight-time Master CFI, Ransbury has long championed the pilot community as both leader and mentor.
